Kashyap Care was born out of love — the love a grandson carries for his grandmother. Lalita ji lived her life in quiet service, always giving before thinking of herself. This NGO is our promise to carry that spirit forward, touching lives the way she touched ours.
Our Story
Kashyap Care is a grassroots NGO registered in Bengaluru, India. We work at the intersection of basic dignity and compassionate service — providing food, medicine, education, and livelihood support to underprivileged families across urban and rural communities.
We believe every person deserves a life of dignity. Our work is guided by Lalita Kumari ji's quiet philosophy: give without counting, serve without expecting.
What We Stand For
We address the most fundamental needs of human dignity — food, health, education, and livelihood — through on-ground programmes rooted in the communities we serve.
Monthly distribution of food kits, clothing, hygiene supplies, and household necessities to families living below the poverty line.
Free health camps, medicine distribution, ambulance assistance, and hospital access support for those who cannot afford healthcare.
School supplies, merit-cum-need scholarships, tutoring support, and digital literacy for children from underprivileged backgrounds.
Vocational skill training, micro-grants, and employment linkages to help families become self-reliant and financially independent.
What We Do
Four flagship programs, each designed to address a specific dimension of poverty with heart, consistency, and measurable impact.
Every month, we distribute dry ration kits — rice, dal, cooking oil, spices, and hygiene essentials — to over 100 families across Bengaluru. Named after the goddess of food and nourishment, this drive ensures no family sleeps hungry.
Quarterly free health check-up camps with volunteer doctors, nurses, and specialists. We provide on-site consultations, blood tests, medicines, and referrals for serious conditions — bringing healthcare to those who cannot access it.
Named in honour of Vanya Kashyap, this annual scholarship supports girls from underprivileged families who demonstrate academic merit and potential. We cover school fees, books, uniforms, and examination costs for recipients.
Every December, in loving memory of Smt. Lalita Kumari, we distribute blankets, woolens, warm clothing, and winter essentials to the homeless and elderly who brave the cold alone. A small act of warmth in her name.
